- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Finance and/or HCM modules.
- Elicit, prioritize, and document business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analyze and document current state business processes and design optimized future-state solutions.
- Support the implementation and rollout of Workday by bridging gaps between technical and business teams.
- Collaborate in the creation and delivery of training materials for Workday end users.
- Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business goals throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- 5 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements for SaaS systems.
- Proven expertise in Workday Financial and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to map and optimize business processes to maximize value.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Local candidates only (Twin Cities metro area preferred).
- Business Analyst experience in local/state government or nonprofit sectors.
- Experience contributing to the delivery of Workday training.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar.
- Bilingual or diverse candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) required.
- OR Associate degree plus 5 additional years of relevant experience.
- Business analysis or Workday certifications are a plus.
