- Help advance the Business Analyst practice across departments
- Utilize tools like user interviews, use cases, surveys, and system analysis to uncover needs and build solutions
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience as outlined below)
- Hands-on experience in business transformation and process improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Lucid, and service/project management tools
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience with requirement management from discovery through delivery
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes
- Ability to manage workflows independently and provide ongoing status reporting
- Experience in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare IT systems and terminology
- Exposure to ITIL principles and service management practices
- Certifications in business analysis, Agile, or project management
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience and Business Analyst training/certification OR
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
