- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM and Project Systems (PS), Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and external GIS systems
- Drive SAP EAM strategy and solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT architecture
- Manage full lifecycle SAP implementation, including business requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, training, and post-go-live support
- Oversee system stability and performance, proactively minimizing service disruptions and optimizing processes
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, mentoring business users and IT stakeholders on best practices
- Use ServiceNow for incident management and system monitoring
- 7 years of SAP EAM/PM functional experience, including hands-on S/4HANA implementation
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM, PM, and PS modules, with Fiori experience preferred
- Proven track record of full lifecycle SAP implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and support
- In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance plans, functional locations, BOMs, work order management, WBS hierarchy, and integration with GIS solutions (ESRI, Smallworld)
- Experience integrating SAP EAM/PM with MM, WM, HR, FI/CO, and BW HANA Sidecar for reporting
- ServiceNow experience for incident tracking and resolution
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business teams
- Experience working in Utilities, Energy, or similar industries is a big plus
- SAP S/4HANA EAM Associate Certification – a major advantage
- SAP Certification in relevant modules
- Experience with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Field Service Management, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S)
- Prior experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SAP projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business, or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience)
- SAP S/4HANA Certification (EAM or PM focus) is highly preferred
