Responsibilities
Coaching & Transformation Leadership
- Guide teams, leaders, and executives through Agile transformations using methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Mentor and coach at the enterprise level to foster strategic alignment and impactful change
- Enable teams to establish clear governance structures and adopt Lean principles for continuous improvement
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and value stream mapping to align practices with business objectives
Delivery Excellence
- Support product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams
- Optimize productivity by removing roadblocks and driving alignment across teams
- Leverage tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Mural/Miro for effective planning and execution
Organizational Impact
- Build transformation coaching capabilities to scale Agile practices across the organization
- Partner with leadership to design and execute strategic change initiatives
- Integrate Agile and Lean practices into team workflows and promote data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience
- Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or equivalent
Essential skills
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and strategic transformation
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple product dependencies and scaled Agile environments effectively
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Mural, or Miro
Experience
- 15 years of professional experience, including significant Agile transformation leadership
- Proven ability to coach and mentor at both team and enterprise levels
- Extensive background in fostering collaboration across IT and business functions
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus, providing valuable insights into aligning Agile practices with sector-specific challenges
Benefits
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $115 to $125 depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
