Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of workforce experience applications
• Provide technical direction to the engineering team, ensuring best practices in coding, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Drive end-to-end development, from inception to production, with a focus on performance and scalability
• Leverage Azure and GCP for cloud-based application development and deployment
• Ensure applications are built with monitoring, alerting, and logging capabilities for reliability
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in the Technical Review Board alongside managers and principal engineers
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8–10 years of experience in software development, with expertise in building applications and services from scratch
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving the full SDLC to deliver production-ready applications
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure and GCP
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)
• Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments (Jira, Azure Boards, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with Fastlane for automated development and release processes
• Experience with Epic software
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 6 years of experience, OR
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of experience
