Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex data and upgrade projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Collaborate with offshore resources and global team members to maintain project timelines and quality
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment
• Manage stakeholder expectations, report on progress, and escalate roadblocks when necessary
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategy and scalability
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, including managing data and upgrade-focused initiatives
• Strong background in coordinating offshore teams and navigating multi-time zone projects
• Hands-on experience using Scrum or Agile methodologies in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Ability to navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and drive results
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with enterprise-scale systems or migrations
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification
• Background in working within highly regulated industries
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certification in project management or agile methodology strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, CSM)
