- Review and maintain accurate documentation in ServiceNow and SharePoint, contributing to knowledgebase integrity
- Identify incident trends, providing actionable insights for system engineers to mitigate recurring issues
- Support system upgrades, vended solution enhancements, and environment configurations to ensure long-term performance and compliance
- Implement software changes and minor enhancements, following intake and prioritization processes
- Collaborate with Echo Liaisons to validate software fixes and ensure clinical requirements are met
- Address and implement security modifications to safeguard patient data and support compliance standards
- Proficiency in REACT, C#, JavaScript, and strong foundational knowledge of Java
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint
- Deep expertise in system maintenance, vended solution upgrades, and user interface design
- Full understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong incident analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to recommend preventative solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Extensive experience in healthcare technologies or clinical software environments
- Exposure to clinical systems upgrades or integration within hospital or cardiology settings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent hands-on experience in application support, system integration, or incident management in healthcare IT

- Annual Salary: $118,000 - $128,000, based on experience
- Engagement Length:12-month contract, with potential for renewal
- Fully Remote: Collaborate with Rochester, MN-based teams from anywhere in the U.S.
