Location: Hybrid: onsite 3 days per week in either downtown Minneapolis or Larimer, CO

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure across multiple modules in the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with process and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Design and implement automation workflows within the platform
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and daily standups
• Update and manage development tasks within Jira
• Troubleshoot, test, and refine features to ensure reliability and usability
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Strong ServiceNow development experience across various modules
• Hands-on automation development within ServiceNow
• Basic scripting knowledge (Java preferred, PowerShell helpful)
• Familiarity with HTML and how systems interact in broader IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to take initiative
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• An understanding of infrastructure (hardware, services, databases)
• Previous experience working cross-functionally in Agile teams
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
