TriStar Aerial is a leading dealer/distributor of aerial lift equipment, committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator local to the Dublin, GA area to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for many of our customers and office guests, acting as their guide to our organization. The ideal candidate would be a charismatic, self-motivated people person who can maintain a calm and professional attitude during customer interactions to help build and maintain strong relationships. Experience in/some knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is a plus, but definitely not required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet & welcome customers and other guests, guide them to the appropriate offices
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Keep a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and package deliveries
- Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures
- Track inventory of office supplies
- Perform various clerical duties such as filing, copying, transcribing, faxing, data-entry as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some experience in customer service or reception
- Flexibility and an eagerness to learn new things
- Ability to stay organized & effectively prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Windows & MS Office Applications
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8-5 (1 hour lunch break)
