Freestanding ER Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Freestanding ER Nurse. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess patients' conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments to meet their unique needs. Your excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will enable you to effectively coordinate care and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patients' symptoms and changes in condition.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- Promote hospital customer service initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
- Current BLS ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment.
- CPI within 6 months of employment.
- 1 Year of RN Experience.
- ER experience is highly preferred.
