The RN Resident delivers high-quality, patient-centered care according to the specific needs of the department, adhering to the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with healthcare providers, the RN Resident provides individualized and compassionate care through established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.
