About the Role
This role is a great opportunity for a registered nurse to work in a dynamic acute care setting, specializing in peritoneal dialysis. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assessing and reassessing patients, developing individualized plans of care, administering medications, documenting patient needs, and educating patients and families about their conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees. You must be a graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing and hold current licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing. Your ability to perform technical skills and procedures, document all patient care, and promote customer service initiatives will be essential in this position.
