TriStar Concepts is seeking out an Account Manager. All training provided!
Our account managers will generate sales by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients while identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and communicative. They love to talk. Our representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally, and the target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customer
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
