Job Title: Telemetry Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telemetry Nurse to join our team at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs
- Carry out physician orders and administer prescribed medications
- Clean wounds, monitor vital signs, and provide age and culturally appropriate care
- Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Instruct and educate patients and families
Requirements:
- Current licensure within the state you live in through the Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
- 1 year of RN experience
