Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Assessments and reassessments
- Developing individualized plans of care

- Maintenance of equipment
- Communication of patient needs
In this role, you will administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs. You will also provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients.
Requirements
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from non-ICU area
- Specialty certification preferred
- One to two years clinical nursing experience preferred
