What are the responsibilities and job description for the HHA Home Health Aide/PCA position at Tristar Home Care LLC?
We are currently seeking Home Health Aides or PCA to become part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to Clients in their own home or in an assisted living facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages
- Teach family members ways to care for patient
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to residents
- Do resident's laundry and tidy up his or her living units
- Take residents to weekly outing and shopping etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive
Salary : $14 - $17
