Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, assessing, and developing individualized plans of care.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records, monitoring, and reporting symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient conditions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
- A current BLS from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 1 year of employment.
- CPI certification within 6 months of employment.
