Job Summary:

HCA TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN, located within 45 minutes of Nashville, is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice provider.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Two years of practice experience preferred
• 24 hours of physician coverage (12 hour shifts)
• 8 hours of APP coverage

• 35K annual ED visits
