Key Responsibilities
Assess, Plan, and Evaluate Patient Care:
- Evaluate patients' medical conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient condition and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Education and Support:
- Instruct and educate patients and families about health and wellness.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Active registration with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of hire.
