Job Overview
This Registered Nurse role is part of our Float Pool team, providing direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. The ideal candidate will utilize therapeutic communication, maintain a safe environment, and identify nursing problems related to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and address individualized patient care requirements using an interdisciplinary approach.
- Make staff assignments based on patient need, acuity, and skill level.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff and provide timely support.
Required Qualifications:
- Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of hire.
- One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
