Nursing Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Nursery department, your primary duties will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patients' vital signs. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on various aspects of care and promoting overall well-being.

Additionally, you will participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
