What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofer position at TriStar Realty?
We are in need of a skilled Roofer with a strong background in construction and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of roofing, including repairs, and installing new shingles.
Experience working with shingles and flat roofs, and be able to climb ladders for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair structures that protect roofs from rain and snow.
- Use ladders to access roofs.
- Perform minor repairs to leaky roofs.
- Cut and fit roofing materials and perform minor repairs to flat roofs.
- Install, repair and maintain gutters, downspouts, and flashings.
- Install roof shingles or composition roofing materials.
Requirements:
- Must have your own vehicle to transport ladders
- Must have a license
- Must have your own tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
