Job Summary and Responsibilities
The CT Imaging Specialist will perform a variety of imaging procedures as ordered by the physician. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in a diagnostic and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for patient populations in the department.
Understand the principles of growth and development over the lifespan and assess data reflective of the patient's requirements concerning age-specific needs.
Evaluate patients' and families' ability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout the CT procedure.
Deliver compassionate, holistic care while respecting the rights and dignity of all patients.
Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ARRT registered; CT Certification or to be acquired within 6 months.
1-3 years of CT experience.
