Job Summary And Qualifications
Department Specific Criteria:
- Clerical skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Accounting skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstration of teamwork approach to work.
- Able to handle high stress situations simultaneously
- Professionalism by appearance, actions, self-development and guest relations.
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, while prioritizing.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one-year clerical experience required
- Experience in a health-care environment preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Preferred experience with accounts payable, utilities, vendor purchasing, JCAHO EOC/regulatory environments, construction/maintenance environment and petty cash management.
