Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will ensure precise Radiologic positioning and exposure techniques while prioritizing patient safety. Your role involves :
Understanding human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Preparing and assisting physicians with intricate Radiologic examinations.
Administering contrast media per regulations and guidelines.
Acting as the primary liaison between patients and medical professionals while being sensitive to patients' needs.
Delivering compassionate care, supporting patients’ rights and dignity.
Demonstrating expertise in radiological equipment and procedures.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT R.T. (R) certification or registry eligibility, with a requirement to obtain ARRT within 6 months of hire.
1 year of post-graduate experience is preferred.
American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
