Job Summary And Qualifications
We are seeking a PRN Non-invasive CV Technician for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? What you will do in this role:
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development to provide age-appropriate patient care.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, general medical conditions, and appropriate interventions related to the heart.
- Perform procedures such as electrocardiography, Holter monitoring, and cardiac stress testing according to departmental policies.
- Handle related clerical responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
- High school diploma or GED required, associates degree or bachelors preferred but not required.
- Certifications: CVL, CCT, EKG, or other cardiology-based certifications required.
- Current BLS certification required upon hire.
- Experience: Previous experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer and typing skills.
- American Heart BLS obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained according to hospital policy.
