Job Summary And Qualifications
The Manager of Facilities Management will assist the Facilities Management Director in coordinating the short and long-term operations and activities of the facility and outlying campuses. Operations include, but are not limited to: engineering administration, engineering, layout, design, construction, utilities operations and maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, environmental and safety.

Job Summary And Qualifications
The Manager of Facilities Management will assist the Facilities Management Director in coordinating the short and long-term operations and activities of the facility and outlying campuses. Operations include, but are not limited to: engineering administration, engineering, layout, design, construction, utilities operations and maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, environmental and safety.
What you will do in this role:
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, statutes, and codes.
- Contract with and oversee the activities of various contractors and consultants.
- Investigate and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
- Actively participate in all matters of Quality and Patient Safety including: infection control & prevention, Life Safety and Environment of Care compliance.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers of TriStar Summit Medical Center.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting required.
- 3 years of related management/supervisory experience required.
- Working knowledge of mechanical (HVAC), electrical and plumbing systems required.
- Must be familiar with Joint Commission and related inspecting/regulating agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product including Office, Excel and PowerPoint required.
