Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer
TRISTAR is a professional services company seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to support our government customer in various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for power supply test set maintenance and development, as well as power supply system/subsystem design, development, reverse engineering, and test development.
- Offer limited guidance to junior level engineers on tasking performed.
- Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and repair electronics and electronic sub-assemblies, including power supplies and power sub-systems.
- Track and monitor obsolescence and DMS issues with MMSP components and sub-systems.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Multi-Mission signal processor strongly preferred but not required.
- Electrical engineering skills related to troubleshooting, creating interconnect diagrams, and understanding schematic diagrams.
- Ability to create and follow test plans and procedures.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical progress and issues.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.
