We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong practical skills and knowledge in facility maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties, including replacing light bulbs, electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors. They will also use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets, paint structures and equipment, repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks, replace damaged paneling and floor tiles, replace damaged or discolored ceiling tiles, hang doors, install door locks, replace broken window panes, fasten equipment or structures to concrete flooring, and perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
