TRISTAR is seeking a Strategic Planner (Space Planner/Designer) for our government customer in Crane, IN - Hybrid - On base Tue, Wed, Thur, and Hybrid - Mon & Fri
- The Strategic Planner (Space Planner/Designer) will provide support services to assist our government customer in executing it facility planning and space utilization support missions
- Infrastructure Strategic planning to include specific support concerning line and business operations departments
- As well as Asset Management and Valuation support, DD1391 Development project Concept Scopes, Project Cost Estimates, Authoritative Data updates that include Basic Facility Requirements
- Project Tracking support, Branch metrics support, Workspace Management (WSM) and Space Request Coordination Support
- Activity Based Workspace (ABW) knowledge
- Open Concept Seating Design Support
- Modernization Redesign
- Space Planning Support
- MUST be a US Citizen
- An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one
- Prefer a BS degree in Interior Design with experience in corporate planning and design
