About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in operations and project management.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new ones;
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Supporting all Quality Management System requirements;
- Managing job activation requirements;
- Participating in production meetings and capacity planning sessions;
- Overseeing projects to ensure quality and adherence to timelines;
- Managing subcontractors to ensure quality and profitability;
- Overseeing contract billings and approvals;
- Reviewing job cost reports and preparing profit projections;
This is a full-time position with benefits including a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year and business casual dress code.
