Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (Base Performance-Based Incentives)

What You’ll Do

As a Collision Estimator, you’ll be the key link between customers, insurance companies, and our repair team, ensuring every estimate is accurate, fair, and delivered efficiently.

Inspect vehicles and create detailed, precise repair estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar software
Work with insurance companies to negotiate proper repairs and secure payment approvals
Communicate with customers to explain estimates, repair timelines, and answer any concerns
Order parts and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Follow OEM repair guidelines to ensure every job meets industry standards

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced estimators preferred, but we will train top candidates
Strong communication & organizational skills – you’ll work with customers, techs, and insurers
Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) is a big plus
A team player who can handle high-volume work while maintaining attention to detail
Valid driver’s license required
Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening
