What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Minor Care position at TriState Health?
We are seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Minor Care Clinic team! Located on the TriState Health Campus this fast paced clinic is committed to providing the best possible care to their patients, using the most up-to-date information and state-of-the-art techniques. Providers must have the ability to work with a broad patient demographic. Our ideal candidate will bring and positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care and clinical experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments.
- Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, and injections.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Other duties as assigned
This is a non-benefited position, 10% differential in leu of benefits.
Base Salary:
PA Hourly: $71.57
NP Hourly: $67.02
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited Program. Maintain Washington State License
Salary : $67 - $72
