Position Overview
Under supervision of the D365 ERP Implementation Manager , the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for maintaining the product catalog in the ERP system. The position requires strong organizational and collaboration skills to ensure that all products are entered and maintained accurately in the system.
What will you be doing?
- Obtain and maintain up-to-date vendor / source product catalogs in system
- Respond to internal requests for updating external and internal products in system
- Work cross-functionally with Estimating, Project Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure proper categorization and classification of products
- Manage uploads of product data to ERP system
- Maintain continuous process improvement
- Complete special projects and reporting as needed
