Foreman/Supervisor

Overview: We are a growing company, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman to oversee and manage all aspects of waterproofing projects within our company. The successful candidate will lead a field team of four team members and supervise the job site daily, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Waterproofing Foreman will be responsible for coordinating material requests, guiding, and mentoring craft workers on jobsite and maintaining client relationships with project superintendents and owners if needed. Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise waterproofing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel
- Develop and lead project plans, material applications, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with PMs, superintendents and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, job orders, material specification sheets, and other construction documents
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the waterproofing process
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders on buildertrend program

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Waterproofing Foreman/Supervisor in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software such as Buildertrend
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
