Seeking full-time administrative assistant for Melville, NY office location. Job duties include creating and distributing Word / Excel documents, data compliance into multiple claims systems, scheduling conference calls / Teams / Zoom meetings, maintaining group calendar with reminders, and various other office duties. Job also entails light claims adjuster support duties such as calling / emailing insurance brokers, carriers, and attorneys requesting updates and status, securing copies of legal proceedings and uploading into our systems, reviewing emails, and maintaining a diary of low exposure claims that need follow-up. Billing requirements are 40 / 50 hours a week. Partial remote would be considered once introductory period is completed.
