POSITION OVERVIEW
Triton Global Services is seeking strong security operations professionals for the Field Supervisor position for our Southern California operations. Our Field Supervisors report directly to our Watch Commanders. This highly skilled team member will be tasked with employee training and oversight within the geographical area. Field Supervisors must be comfortable in a high-paced work environment and ability to understand our company’s business model and goals. Stability and profitability will be achieved through the development of a strong team of key supervisors and administrative personnel. Field Supervisors will ultimately be responsible for ensuring our Southern California office is delivering exceptional service within the following areas:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Build Triton Global Services, Inc.'s business, reputation, and profitability through excellent customer service.
- Oversee and manage field operations, employee evaluations, training of new security officers, writing and implementing post orders per our Quality Management Systems, scheduling, and recruiting.
- Generate new business
- Coach, counsel, and development of employees
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have an Associates' degree or equivalent experience plus at least 5 years of general management experience in a service industry. Contract or proprietary security services experience is highly desired. In addition, we require the following skills:
- Proven track record of excellence in customer service and financial management
- Exceptional communication skills as well as solid writing skills
- Dedication to quality customer service and maintaining client and customer relationships
- Proficient in web-based applications, computer systems, and programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), to effectively edit and create reports, database entries, and presentation materials
- Highly effective leader with the ability to build strong relationships internally with all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to meet timelines in a high-paced work environment.
- Willingness to attend and participate in professional networking or community events
- Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement
- Produce and maintain accurate company reports and records.
- Ability to develop and maintain a healthy work environment for all TGS employees.
- Willingness to work extended hours and holidays depending on the needs of Triton Global Services.
