Job Summary
The Life and Health Benefits Account Management Specialist has primary responsibility for Marketing and Management Medium and Large employee benefits accounts. This role provides client-oriented field service with a primary focus on coverage, account development, and high service satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicating with commercial businesses with 5 to 500 employees.
Provide daily support on client requests
Prepare client data for presentations and marketing
Prepare plan document review, conduct audits, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate documents for each plan
Conduct open enrollment meetings
Conduct ongoing employee education presentations
Assist clients with wellness efforts
Provide clients with benchmarking reports
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must possess knowledge and experience required for independent thinking and decision making, while also working closely with a team
Ability to develop plans and solutions and act upon them, taking responsibility for outcomes
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Supportive and responsive manner with internal staff and external customers
Required Experience and Education:
College degree or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 5 years of industry relevant experience in Employee Benefits
Hold current L&H license

Compensation is based on individual skill and experience level and will be determined upon a job offer being extended
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
