Hiring: On-Site Property Manager (BYU-I Approved Housing) The Ridge
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented On-Site Property Manager to oversee all aspects of our apartment complex. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment.
- Manage leasing processes, including marketing, resident relations, and lease signings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns and inquiries.
- Supervise and train staff, including hiring and scheduling employees.
- Coordinate and execute property advertising, resident activities, and community events.
- Maintain budgets, track expenses, and manage delinquencies.
- Conduct white glove inspections, clean checks, and audits.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle administrative tasks.
- MUST be available during move-ins and move-outs to ensure smooth transitions and property readiness, including those weekends.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Outgoing personality, professional appearance, honest & fun.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal), bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills & great customer service.
- Team player
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills- MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Entrata knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency with email, phone communication, and basic administrative duties.
