We are seeking a friendly and professional Remote Bi-Lingual Call Center Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and can multi-task with great energy. Training will be on-site.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to incoming calls.
- Effectively handle patient call queues.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with patients.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
- Gather accurate demographic information from new patients.
- Verify existing patient charts to ensure accuracy and currency of information.
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
