Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Call Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound calls, communicate with patients to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and can multi-task with great energy. Must have experience working in the dental field.
This is an Independent Contractor role. There will be in-person training for 6-8 weeks and the training schedule can be flexible.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming calls.
- Effectively handle patient call queues.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with patients.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
- Gather accurate demographic information from new patients.
- Verify existing patient charts to ensure accuracy and currency of information.
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
