Construction Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Support property maintenance across existing properties.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• General landscaping and clean up tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site and properties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
