What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Dispatcher and Releaser position at Triton Towing?
Triton Towing is the fastest growing tow company in Round Rock. We service the entire Austin metro area and specialize in Police rotations, customer tows, fleet accounts, and impounds. Our double digit growth and rapid geographical expansion have created multiple vacant positions for dispatchers. We are in need of one (1) overnight and one (1) day time dispatcher. Office-related experience is a must and dispatch experience is preferred, but not required. Advancement opportunities are periodically available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Dispatching service calls to tow operators
- Releasing customer vehicles
- Generating procedures to improve office efficiency
- Answering incoming informational phone calls from customers
- Maintaining a professional attitude with customers
- Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions
- Maintaining customer records
- Other office duties as assigned

- Excellent customer service
- Effective communications skills
- Ability to multitask in high stress situations
- Proficiency in Windows and Office
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain your TDLR license (we will help the right candidate obtain license)
- Bilingual a strong plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $17.75 per hour
