Job Title: Bilingual English/Spanish Service Coordinator
Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Office, Full-Time)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)
Yes I Can is seeking a dedicated Bilingual English/Spanish Service Coordinator to join our growing HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) team!
In this role, you'll manage a caseload of children and young adults with mental health or developmental challenges, helping to coordinate services and support their progress. This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of clients and ensure services are scheduled and delivered appropriately

Communicate regularly with families, providers, and external agencies—both in English and Spanish

Complete all required administrative work, documentation, and follow-ups

Monitor compliance and ensure accurate record-keeping

Work closely with the HCBS team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office

Experience in service coordination, case management, or working with children with special needs preferred

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
