About us
We are a full service civil construction company located in Baton Rouge, LA.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Use construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction foreman or similar role. You must have atleast 8-10 years of civil construction experience.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, storm drain construction
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $26.12 - $27.77 per hour
