Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with motorcycle service experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for technical repairs, services, maintenance, and customizations on customers' bikes.
Duties Include :
- Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality service to our customers following factory specifications.
- Complete the allotted repair work within the scheduled time.
- Maintain productivity and time spent working on billable jobs.
- Work with service advisors to find bike-fix solutions, accept work assignments, and notify them of delays.
- Proper completion and filing of paperwork.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Valid motorcycle license, completion of an authorized training program, or equivalent technician work experience required
