About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-conformities.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality role in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of metrological and metallurgical inspection techniques.
- Experience with Advanced Quality Processes (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, 8D, A3 Problem Solving).
- Certifications such as CQE, CQA, CQM, Green/Black-Belt, or other similar professional certifications.
