Responsibilities
Position Profile: Contracts Administrator
Triumph Title: Contracts Administrator 1
FLSA: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Program Management
Summary:
With minimal oversight conducts contract administration and customer account support activities for the Program Management team.
Essential Functions:
Collaborates with Program Managers to ensure contract integrity is maintained and followed, by creating open order reports and ensuring Program Managers are up to date on all upcoming shipments.
Utilizes customer portals to pull customer purchase orders for the program managers and is responsible for entering approved Sales Orders and Purchase Orders into the ERP system to drive production.
Is responsible for the creation and generation of shipping documentation to ensure timely shipment of domestic and international products. Ensures prompt communication with customers and coordination with internal International Trade Compliance stakeholders for international shipments.
Full ownership of all production returns. Contracts Admins work interdepartmentally with Operations and Quality departments to prepare estimates of materials, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules. In order to provide quotes to customers and ensure completeness and accuracy per the agreed upon contract for product returned for warranty and/or repairs.
Serves as secondary and occasional primary point of conduct between the customer and Triumph to ensure consistent support in relation to our contract fulfillment obligations.
Assists in developing shop priorities based on customer requirements by effectively coordinating with the planning and manufacturing departments.
Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to proactively assist in resolving customer issues in conjunction with or on behalf of Program Managers.
Contributes to continuous improvement projects to better support customer demands and requirements.
Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook.
Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements.
Other duties as assigned to ensure customer needs are met.

Supervisory Responsibility:
The Contracts Administrator role has no supervisory responsibilities
Required education, certification, and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or the equivalent years of experience and education.
Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in a business, contract administration role, aerospace, or defense contract administration role
Physical Demands:
May require lifting, pulling, and carrying up twenty (20) pounds
Standing up to eight (8) hours per day, sitting up to eight (8) hours per day, or combination of sitting and standing.
Travel:
No travel required.
Work Authorization:
Must meet all ITAR regulatory requirements
