What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Property Manager position at Triumph Properties Group?
Triumph Management is looking for a full time, on-site Property Business Manager for our 136-unit apartment community in Palm Springs, CA. The potential candidate must be detailed oriented and have strong customer service skills. In addition, this position requires one to be pro-active and self-motivated.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative duties: preparing legal documents, processing computer reports, data input, collections, vendor relations.
- Managing staff, facilitating work orders.
- Ability to enthusiastically market units.
- Monitoring property for safety concerns.
- Move in, Pre-Move Out, and final Move Out inspections.
- Coordination & execution of community activities.
- Applicant screenings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent leasing skills.
- 3 years relevant - apartment community management, supervising a staff, promoting teamwork.
- Knowledge of legal notice system and appearing in unlawful detainer cases.
- An ability to handle resident issues in a professional manner.
- Yardi knowledge a must.
- Effective communication in both written and oral form.
- Detailed and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Proof of Valid Car Insurance.
- COVID vaccination preferred.
