Job Summary
Triumph Protection is looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist to perform a variety of accounting and financial tasks. The Accounting Specialist responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, completing month end close processes and invoicing our clients. You will use accounting software to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, expense vouchers and receipts and reconciliations. A successful Accounting Specialist should be familiar with all accounting procedures and basic accounting principles. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Specialist will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
Duties / Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute accurate accounts receivable invoices
- Review and enter accounts payable invoices
- Resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Complete month end accruals
- Create and review financial reports for decision making by management
- Other duties as assigned
